In the Momentum Acrobatics Martial Arts program, your child will have the opportunity to train directly under a certified 3rd degree black belt and competitive at the highest level.
We welcome boys and girls of all levels and provide a program designed to challenge students, build lasting confidence, and inspire personal growth on and off the mat.
What to Expect
Each week, your child will explore the power of movement through:
Classes begin with a structured warm-up, move into age-appropriate skill instruction, and finish with conditioning, stretching, and a group reflection.
This isn’t just martial arts — it’s a path to better focus, stronger discipline, and the confidence to carry themselves with respect in and out of the gym.
- Our program blends Taekwondo, self-defense, conditioning, building focus, confidence, strength and discipline
- Partner drills that build teamwork, respect, discipline and perseverance.
- Build strength, balance and coordination while integrating acrobatic skills
- Classes are structured to be safe, supportive, and encouraging for all skill levels—from beginners to advanced students.
What to Wear
For Martial Arts:
- A clean, properly fitted Gi — available for purchase.
- A white belt (or their current rank belt).
- A t-shirt(Momentum Martial Arts T-shirt)
- No jewelry, watches, or accessories.
- Fingernails and toenails trimmed short.
- Hair tied back securely.
