Tuition Pricing
Our monthly tuition pricing is simple, and based on the number of hours spent during classes at the gym (per student). We are happy to discount for multiple enrollments and it is reflected in our pricing.
Recreational Class Tuition
- 1 hour/week – $139/month*
- 1.5 hours/week – $199/month*
- 2 hours/week – $259/month*
- 2.5 hours/week – $304/month*
- 3 hours/week – $349/month*
- 3.5 hours/week – $379/month*
- 4 hours/week – $409/month*
- 4.5 hours/week – $434/month*
- 5 hours/week – $459/month*
- 5.5 hours/week – $484/month*
- 6 hours/week – $509/month*
- Unlimited - $599/month*
*Registration fee: $49 applies to all enrollments, charged annually.
Momentum After School Pass
Momentum After School – Flex:
- 1 day/week – $229/month*

Momentum After School – Max:
- 5 days/week – $660/month*
Transportation from your child’s school can be added for an additional fee.

Annual Membership - $49
Description:
All students enrolled in classes at Momentum Acrobatics are required to hold an active Annual Membership. This $49 fee helps us keep our programs safe, insured, and running smoothly—but it also comes with great perks for your family all year long:

- Priority Enrollment in Events and Parties
Not enrolled in a class?
You can still join as a Momentum Member! Families who want to enjoy Open Gyms, Parents’ Night Out, or other special events without enrolling in a weekly class can purchase the Annual Membership and receive the same perks. It’s a perfect option for families who love flexibility but still want to be part of the Momentum community.

Policies
- Tuition must be PAID IN FULL by the 25th of each month for tuition in the following month. Class sessions are continuous and you will be responsible for making sure tuition is paid on time. All cancellations must be received by email by the 20th of the month.
- There are NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS for missed classes. ****Credits may only be given with a doctor’s note.***
- A $25.00 LATE FEE will be imposed on all outstanding balances of more than SEVEN days.
- A mandatory Annual Insurance/Registration fee of $49.00 is due at registration of classes, or $60 for the After School Program. This fee is non-refundable and runs for one year from the month last paid. This will automatically be charged to your account on your year month anniversary if you are currently enrolled in a class.
- If you wish to cancel tuition it requires a completed cancellation request by email to info@momentumacrobatics.com by the 20th of the month for the next billing month. It is solely your responsibility to cancel classes. This is not based on how many classes you/your child has missed.
- MAKE-UP POLICY: You may, within the SAME month of absence of your child, be offered ONE make-up class per class of enrollment in any similar rated class granted we have space. This must be scheduled in advance by scheduling your make-up through your Parent Portal or sending an email to info@momentumacrobatics.com.
- If for some reason you are financially unable to be a part of the automatic bill pay system, tuition is due before the 20th of each month via alternative payment. Otherwise, you may risk losing your spot in the class. Please also refer to the late policy.
- Camp cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to the camp start date. There will be no refunds after this time period. Please also see the refund policy.
- There are NO MAKE-UP classes for specialty classes (including camps).
- PRIVATE LESSON CANCELLATIONS: All private lesson cancellations need to be at least 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson to avoid a cancellation fee of HALF OF THE PRICE of the scheduled private lesson.

We have a NO TOLERANCE POLICY when it comes to bullying, physical conflict and gossip/drama among kids and parents. If this occurs and becomes an ongoing issue, you may be asked to leave our program.We reserve the right to refuse service or dismiss students from the program if deemed necessary.
